We offer a variety of construction services to complement standard and numerous alternative project delivery methods, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), design-build, design-build-operate, design-build-own-operate, and construction management at risk.
Our full-service team of constructors, inspectors, and fabricators work with you to deliver your project in a safe and reliable manner. From turnkey projects that provide our clients with cohesive, holistic solutions to standalone services that get the job done, our team is here to provide solutions that quickly and efficiently move our communities forward.
Our commitment to building safe environments is the cornerstone of our mission. Mead & Hunt is dedicated to the safety of people, from our seasoned construction professionals and subcontractors, to you, and the communities you serve. Our goal is that everyone goes home safe each day.
Our extensive experience allows us to provide the full suite of program management and specialized testing and inspection services. Using innovative cloud-based technologies, we maintain smoothly functioning projects and keep you apprised of progress. Our team provides construction oversight and program management services all the way from the preconstruction phase through maintenance and successful operations.
Our team has the experience to manage your project successfully, including safety on-site workflow logistics management, project schedule, and documentation. Throughout start-up, commissioning, performance testing, staff training, and beyond, we work hand-in-hand with you to get projects built on time, under budget, and with minimal impacts to the public and environment.
On full-service turnkey projects, we serve as your general contractor and manage the construction of your project on site, coordinating project teams, site workflows, schedule, and documentation. This enhanced design and construction efficiency reduces risk, increases cost accuracy, and streamlines communication. You gain consistency from planning and design through construction, and your project comes to life through a custom solution that saves you money, time, and effort.
Mead & Hunt offers flexibility and has the capability to use a variety of alternative project delivery methods, including EPC and design-build. Together, we evaluate the alternative project delivery methods to determine which approach best meets your goals. We develop a schedule specific to your project, based on the selected approach, to illustrate avenues to meet project completion dates.
At our in-house fabrication and manufacturing facility, we plan and build custom skids, structural components, and process piping to expedite your project schedule and improve quality control. Our designers and fabricators work side-by-side to manufacture your equipment. We perform pre-shipment performance checkout to verify your equipment works smoothly before it arrives on site. This results in reduced construction costs and risks, as well as a quicker start-up. Your custom equipment arrives at your project site preassembled, tested, and ready to go to work.
Our experienced constructors and inspectors provide confirmation that your project meets or exceeds safety and quality standards. We offer physical inspections and observation, special inspection, lab testing, soils testing analysis, and aggregate sampling to reveal any issues related to future risk, viability, or safety of your project. Whether you need construction oversight, post-design, or program management services, we can meet the needs of your project.
Mead & Hunt’s certified materials staff conduct comprehensive materials testing during multiple phases of construction. We offer physical inspections and observation, special inspection, lab testing, soils testing analysis, and aggregate sampling to reveal any issues related to future risk, viability, or safety of your project. Through this process, we establish a firm foundation to promote the longevity of your project.
Our team of professionals are engaged in national organizations that define the commissioning process for the industry.
