Policy for Third-Party Recruiters
Mead & Hunt selectively works with a group of third-party recruiting agencies on an as-needed basis. Because of the number of recruiting agency solicitations we receive, all third-party recruiting agencies are required to apply with us (see below) to become an approved vendor before we will consider working together.
OUR POLICY
- We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters. Any resume submitted to any employee(s) of Mead & Hunt without a Mead & Hunt vendor agreement in place will be considered unsolicited and property of Mead & Hunt. Resumes sent to any employee(s) other than Mead & Hunt’s internal HR recruiting staff, even if a contract is in place, will be considered unsolicited. In either case, Mead & Hunt will not pay a placement fee.
- All vendors must have a signed Mead & Hunt vendor agreement from the Director of Human Resources. Obtaining a signed vendor agreement from the Director of Human Resources is the only way you will be paid. Verbal or written commitments from any other member of the Mead & Hunt staff will not be binding.
- Mead & Hunt will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the Human Resources department.
- It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting/supplemental staffing agencies to know this policy.
