Scholarship Opportunities
Mead & Hunt Cares exists to support employee-directed giving efforts that make a difference in our communities and the world, and to further the development of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM)-related project expertise in the next generation.
Specifically, the Mead & Hunt Cares team is passionate about growing the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry and expanding diversity within our profession. We’re shaping the future by putting people first!
We’re proud to offer annual scholarships in four categories:
Employee Dependent Scholarship
General high-school and college-aged scholarship for children of employees.
Non-Traditional/
Returning Student Scholarship
Non-traditional students who are incoming or current college students pursuing a degree in A/E/C.
Ethnic Minority A/E/C Scholarship
Ethnic Minority high-school seniors planning to pursue a degree in A/E/C.
Guidelines for submitting an application:
To apply, students must be enrolled in high school based in the United States, or attend an accredited four-year college or university, or a two-year accredited community college, vocational, or technical institution in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree. Applicants must be a US citizen.
All applicants must submit:
- Application form
- Essay (less than 500 words)
- One letter of reference (non-family members)
- Unofficial transcript
Applications will be accepted through March 1, 2024. Winners will be announced in the spring.
