The University of South Carolina built and renovated several buildings around campus to accommodate growing student enrollment. Our team provided construction inspection services for the Darla Moore School of Business, a 251,891-gross-square-foot facility for students and businesses. Our successfully completed inspections around the campus have led to continued inspections on other campus construction projects.
We conducted many inspection services, including Chapter One Building Inspections, Chapter Seventeen Special Inspections and Materials Testing for a LEED Certified research facility, a LEED Certified marching band and dance program hall, a new restaurant in the Humanities Pavilion and a new academic enrichment center, among other notable campus projects.
