Utility Office Building Remodel

To better serve their customers, this local utility remodeled their outdated building and added an addition to improve functionality. Our team managed the construction activities, which included converting to a pitched roof, spray foam insulation, interior remodeling, landscaping, a new porte-cochère/drive-through to improve customer access and support bill payment options, and laid a new parking lot. This 25,000 square foot remodel allowed the utility to improve customer services and offer greater community support.
