Moffett ANGB Vehicle Maintenance Facility

The California Air National Guard, 129^th Rescue Wing at Moffett Federal Airfield needed a new vehicle maintenance facility to replace their existing facilities. We designed a facility to perform vehicle repair, scheduled maintenance and upkeep of military vehicles. In addition, we designed the facility to serve as a training center for maintenance workers. We also added repair bays large enough to accommodate refueling vehicles, along with a battery shop, administration, and training classroom. The facility includes a vehicle operations administration, a vehicle maintenance shop, a refueling maintenance bay, and a wash bay. Additionally, we included sustainable features like natural daylighting, drought resistant landscaping, and recycled materials.
