In order to eliminate production bottlenecks, this international condiment manufacturer required several modifications to their process. Our team completed the relocation and process electrical of a pre-mix tank and remote scales, as well as a redesign and re-piping of their starch tanks. Our design centered around U.S. (3-A) and European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group Standards. To meet larger skid requirements, a modification of their clean-in-place (CIP) system was also required. We reassembled new skids that were shipped in pieces from Europe, installed new skids while maintaining production, and integrated the new skids into the existing utilities and controls infrastructure at the facility.
