City Heights Residence Hall

This new residence hall provides a comfortable space to study and relax. The building includes more than five hundred beds, ground-floor dining areas and restaurants, academic and tutoring spaces, as well as administrative offices. The high-performance facility strikes a balance between productivity and comfort. 

The goal of Mead & Hunt’s commissioning services was to improve occupant comfort, optimize systems to reduce operational costs, and support LEED Gold certification rating. 

Our team commissioned the following systems: 

• Building envelope system 
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems 
• Lighting control systems 
• Domestic hot water systems
