I-94 St. Michael to Albertville Reconstruction Design-Build

The I-94 Interstate Reconstruction project will add capacity to this highly traveled interstate, widening the roadway from four to six lanes between St. Michael and Albertville. Mead & Hunt is preparing plans to reconstruct nearly five miles of interstate. This includes reconstructing several interchanges including three bridges; constructing an eastbound collector-distributor road; and constructing new stormwater basins to improve drainage along the corridor. Overall, the project will reduce travel delays by over 330 hours per day, reduce crashes, and improve access at three interchanges.
