The Ohio Bridge Partnership Program (OBPP) was designed to reduce the inventory of deficient county bridges throughout Ohio. Mead & Hunt was selected by ODOT to coordinate with their staff, Ohio’s County Engineers, and local municipalities to help replace over 200 deteriorating bridges statewide on an on-call basis. Our team worked with five ODOT District Offices, 19 County Engineers, and various local municipalities. We provided preliminary design, hydraulic analysis, design exceptions, environmental documentation, right-of-way design, design-build scope documents, and construction cost estimates.
