Mead & Hunt is excited to announce that Troy Pankratz, PE, has been named Chief Operating Officer and President, effective November 1, 2025. Troy, a respected leader with more than a decade at the firm, has consistently advanced Mead & Hunt’s people-first culture while driving operational excellence and long-term growth.
A member of the Board, Troy plays a key role in aligning strategy with culture, strengthening governance, and championing employee ownership. His leadership helps shape a workplace where individuals are empowered to lead, grow, and innovate.
As COO, Troy will work closely with Chief Executive Officer Amy Squitieri to uphold the firm’s values, deliver client-focused solutions, and foster continuous learning and innovation across the organization.

Troy has been instrumental in strengthening operations across the firm. He assisted in the creation of the firm’s Project Management Office, which promotes consistency, collaboration, and value in project delivery. This initiative has become a cornerstone of the firm’s approach to client service, providing teams with the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional results.
