IH-94 Reconstruction Corridor Study

IH-94 from CTH BB to STH 128 in St. Croix County had not been improved since the original construction in the late 1950s. Reconstruction to maintain four lanes will be needed in the near future with plans to expand to six lanes to accommodate future demands. Mead & Hunt completed a study evaluating five improvement options. The improvement options aligned the temporary roadway widening needed for near-term reconstruction with the long-term future grading needs for expansion to minimize cost.
