VDOT needed to control recurring traffic congestion statewide. Mead & Hunt was tasked with supporting corridor studies to analyze recurring traffic congestion and high-crash patterns. From there we developed multimodal mobility solutions. Locations included US 50 from Route 7 to I-495 in Fairfax County.
