As their engine room was approaching the end of its useful life, our dairy client wanted an upgrade for their cheese and whey drying facility. Our engineering team delivered. Not only were we able to provide this upgrade with minimal disruptions to their operations, but we provided a forward-thinking design, setting our client up for future expansion.
Our team designed space for an additional sub-cooler to be installed in the future, allowing for improved performance down the road. Once the facility expands and new processing buildings are added, the sub-cooler will allow the new additions to be farther away from the engine room without sacrificing the dairy products’ refrigeration needs. We also created space for an additional compressor and condenser, allowing expansion efforts to continue without disrupting operations.
