Woody has decades of experience in the transportation industry, much of which has been in the area of traffic signal timing and operations. As one Mead & Hunt’s signal operations specialists, Woody has developed timing plans for over 3,500 traffic signals in multiple jurisdictions in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Aaron serves as Mead & Hunt’s Construction Services Department Manager, providing strong leadership to the team as they deliver transportation infrastructure projects that benefit our communities.
