Lalitha Benjaram (She/Her)

Lalitha Benjaram is the Inclusion & Belonging Program Manager at Mead & Hunt. She works to foster an environment that is inclusive of all employees. As part of the Employee Experience Team, she works to increase employee engagement and support employees as they navigate different stages of their career. Lalitha has a passion for supporting emerging professionals as they begin their career and find what excites them most about the industry. This passion was shaped by her experience as an Engineer-in-Training at the start of her career.

Lalitha also likes to hike, cook, and visit the coast on the weekends.
