Lalitha Benjaram (She/Her)
Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager
Lalitha Benjaram started as an Engineer-In-Training in the Water Resources group before leading the Employee Resource Group (ERG), which she was involved with since its inception, to advance the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) efforts at Mead & Hunt. As ERG Program Manager, Lalitha works to provide an environment that is inclusive of all employees. She also helps strategize recruitment efforts to reach a diverse candidate pool. Lalitha has a passion for encouraging and supporting underrepresented groups to improve the diversity of the next generation of the AEC industry. This passion was shaped by her experience as a minority in her engineering classes in college.
Lalitha likes to hike, cook, and visit the coast on the weekends.
