Troy has focused his 25-year+ career in the water and wastewater field, working for both industrial and municipal clients. Before joining Mead & Hunt, he started and built his own water and wastewater consulting, engineering and training company. Troy now serves as Market Leader responsible for new business development and teaming relationships to pursue nationwide

As an aviation planner and pilot, Stephanie brings unique understanding to her projects, big and small. She is passionate about working with communities and airport sponsors to keep airports viable. When she isn’t traveling for work, she enjoys using her frequent flyer miles to explore the U.S.

Jeff works closely with clients to help them comply with ever-changing regulatory requirements. “By taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs, we can help them find innovative solutions to their problems.” In his free time, Jeff enjoys the challenges of raising three energetic children.

Matt is a GIS supervisor serving our mid-Atlantic market. He uses his extensive experience to provide clients with workable, cost-effective solutions. When not serving clients, Matt enjoys music, chess, reading, and time with the family.
