Kevin has nearly 25 years of project management and utility coordination experience. Having led dozens of utility coordination and conversion projects, he has recently chaired the American Council of Engineering Companies of South Carolina (ACEC-SC)/SCDOT Utility Subcommittee which serves as the Department’s liaison to address issues related to the utility coordination process.

Specifically, she brings a wealth of expertise in traffic studies and safety, traffic signal design, and traffic analysis and modeling. Along her 30-year career, she has developed a deep commitment to traffic safety and a broad experience working collaboratively.

Karen has over 14 years of experience working on airport projects balancing airport stormwater with passenger safety. Through her work with flood mitigation and stormwater management, Karen has an increased interest in more sustainable approaches to stormwater management that can complement existing facilities.

Molly is a progressive transportation leader with a unique mix of technical, policy, communication, collaboration, and planning skills. She believes active transportation is integral to addressing environmental racism, the climate crisis, and declining health outcomes. She and her husband co-founded Majestic Collaborations to directly participate in community resilience work, focusing on emergency preparedness. Paul is a Business Unit Leader for Transportation Planning. He is passionate about serving our clients and communities by solving complex mobility challenges, providing innovative, sustainable, people-focused mobility solutions. When not focused on transportation, Paul is an avid sports fan, and enjoys traveling, skiing, and volunteering for engineering outreach initiatives.

Liz specializes in historic and archival research, reconnaissance-level surveys and evaluation of National Register eligibility. Her experience includes Section 106, Section 4(f), HAER documentation, and NEPA compliance. She lives one block off Route 66 and states that she loves “hands-on history and finding new ways to experience a historic place.”

Keith is a leading Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and traffic engineer serving the mid-Atlantic region. He strives to provide traffic solutions that enhance the quality of life of the communities he serves. Outside of the world of transportation, Keith enjoys playing basketball, reading, and spending time with his wife and three sons.
