Anita Cobb started with Mead & Hunt as an administrative assistant before transitioning to an aviation planner. Now she is the Market Leader for Equity Strategies for the Aviation Group, which combines her two passions: aviation and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Anita leads and coordinates business development related to DEIB services. This includes focusing on our external presence in communities and our responsibilities to our Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and small business partners, as well as facilitating best practices for equity and environmental justice in our project work. She has a passion for matters related to community collaboration, youth education, and mentorship.
Outside of work, Anita likes to ride rollercoasters, try new food, and meet new people.
