Mead & Hunt is committed to increasing diversity in our firm through formalized processes like our Affirmative Action Plan. The plan is designed to create employment opportunities for people across a wide spectrum of backgrounds. Our Employee Resource Group was created to spearhead our diversity and inclusion initiatives. The group meets periodically to discuss ways to foster a more inclusive company culture.

We create a company culture that treats differences as assets, not roadblocks. We know that increased diversity and inclusion is vital to our continued success. Our communities are not homogenous—our community builders shouldn’t be either.
