Brad Ezell has seamlessly assumed the role of Federal Programs Leader, backfilling Jeff Sorenson who has led our Federal Programs for 15 years and is transitioning into retirement.
Brad has extensive leadership experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction industries, with a strong focus on federal business development, strategic growth, and project execution. He has knowledge of the United States Department of Defense (DOD) branches like the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the United States Air Force (USAF), and the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC).
In addition to his DOD knowledge, Brad is also well-versed in different Federal Civilian agencies, including the General Services Administration (GSA), the Department of the Interior (DOI), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Having been part of numerous projects both domestically and internationally, his deep understanding of military and federal agency needs and requirements, along with his ability to align strategy with execution, have made him an invaluable addition to our team.
Brad’s dedication to federal projects and their success is exemplified by his active engagement with project teams and his ambition to foster long-term relationships with clients and teaming partners. His leadership is rooted in collaboration and innovation, complementing our commitment to delivering exceptional service and results to our clients.
