Cultural Resources Business Unit Leader
Christina Slattery leads Mead & Hunt’s national Cultural Resources team. She has spent her career developing innovative approaches for clients that balance the regulatory challenges between protecting historic resources and project needs. She provides experience and technical skill to projects across the country, with a particular passion for historic roads, bridges and postwar resources. Telling the history of places is an important part of the cultural resources team’s work, including those of underrepresented communities.
Christina is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring the cultural and architecture of new places, hiking with her dog Sazerac, and all things food, including cooking, eating out, and food history.
Mead & Hunt recently used GIS mapping to significantly streamline a statewide historic highway project, saving time and expense.
