Scottsdale General Aviation Terminal Redevelopment

Scottsdale Airport (SCF) wanted to transform its former terminal and office building with a new aviation business center (ABC). So, we helped aid their year-long redevelopment process. First, we demolished the existing terminal and office buildings, and began constructing executive hangars. At the same time, we built the new ABC. The new business center also features intuitive wayfinding, and a public viewing deck of the airfield and McDowell Mountains. In addition, the ABC includes a veteran’s memorial, featuring a WWII-era PT-17 Steaman aircraft on display in the entry plaza. The high standards and aesthetic value of the Scottsdale Airport drove the design. Now, the Airport has a beautiful, functional space that the public can appreciate for years to come.
