Grant County needed significant upgrades to their Law Enforcement Center. Mead & Hunt provided electrical, security electronics, and technology systems services for this 79,000 square foot facility, which includes a jail and Sheriff’s Department, Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), Social Services, as well as an Emergency Operations Center.
The Sheriff’s Department includes a 97-bed jail with plans to expand in the future, secure sallyport, on-site kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as jail administration and sheriff’s administration offices. The remaining space in the facility houses the ADRC and Social Services departments which include an open lobby, offices, conference rooms and training rooms.
