FERC Part 12D Inspections

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requires that an independent consultant (IC) team inspect and evaluate licensed project developments subject to 18 CFR § 12.30. Mead & Hunt has FERC-approved ICs who have performed dozens of Part 12D inspections in several states throughout the country. Our team members have experience serving as ICs, potential failure mode analysis (PFMA) facilitators, and subject matter experts. We have been providing Part 12D inspections since the program began in 1981.
