Enzyme & Culture Packaging Line Installation and Modification

This enzyme and culture manufacturer needed to install a new packaging line and robot within their existing facility. A modification of the existing HVAC system was needed to maintain proper room pressure relationships, and our design was centered around hygienic design requirements. Our team designed process and utility elements including product piping, CIP supply and return, steam supply, condensate return, chilled water supply and return, process hot and cold water, liquid nitrogen, and compressed air piping. We performed general construction, as well as process, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications. We additionally provided construction supervision, on-site start-up, and commissioning.
