Paul is a Business Unit Leader for Transportation Planning. When not focused on transportation, Paul is an avid sports fan, and enjoys traveling, skiing, and volunteering for engineering outreach initiatives.
Liz specializes in historic and archival research, reconnaissance-level surveys and evaluation of National Register eligibility. Her experience includes Section 106, Section 4(f), HAER documentation, and NEPA compliance. She lives one block off Route 66 and states that she loves “hands-on history and finding new ways to experience a historic place.”
Keith is a leading Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and traffic engineer serving the mid-Atlantic region. He strives to provide traffic solutions that enhance the quality of life of the communities he serves.
