We are excited to announce that Eric Fajardo, MBA, PMP, has joined Mead & Hunt as our Air Force and Space Force Market Leader. A retired United States Air Force Colonel, Eric’s depth of experience is an ideal addition to our Federal team.
“The U.S. Air Force and Space Force are entering a period of major investment in facilities and infrastructure,” says Federal Programs Leader Brad Ezell. “Eric understands these missions because he has supported them from the inside. He’ll make a significant impact here, and we’re proud to have him on our team.”
With 30 years of service as a civil engineer in the USAF, Eric has contributed to over 60 infrastructure projects across nearly every continent. During deployments, he led a theater engineer unit focused on construction efforts throughout the Middle East. An active member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) for over 25 years, he has served as past president of the Gem State post in Idaho then as director of programs for Pike’s Peak post, for which he was awarded the regional Vice President’s medal for his contributions.
What Eric appreciates most about joining Mead & Hunt is the firm’s values. “Mead & Hunt’s core values are essentially the Air Force’s values, just using different words,” he says. “I’ve spent 30 years living by those principles. Coming here feels like a continuation of my life’s work, just in a different uniform.”
