We are excited to announce that Royce Holden has joined Mead & Hunt as a Cybersecurity Market Leader. Royce is an accomplished cybersecurity and information technology professional who will leverage more than 25 years of experience to better serve our clients, with an emphasis on the aviation, federal, and transportation industries.
Royce has led complex cybersecurity initiatives and managed critical IT operations with a focus on airport settings, including serving for over five years as an Assistant Vice President/Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport (DFW), where he led the cybersecurity, IT/network compliance, electronic records management, and disaster recovery teams.
As aviation and transportation clients become increasingly digitalized and technology-heavy features are installed to improve operations and passenger experience, their facilities are more susceptible to attacks from malicious threats.
Royce says that the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) new cybersecurity requirements for airports and aircraft operators are helping to bring cyber risk awareness to the industry, from understanding the technology footprint of critical systems to monitoring and protecting sensitive data.”

Royce currently serves as a Vice Chair on the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) transportation security services committee (TSS), is a member of the Airports Council International (ACI) World Cybersecurity Task Force and has served as past chairman of the ACI Business Information Technology committee.
