We are pleased to announce that Stephanie Lane, MPA, CBCP, CM, GRCP, has been named to Airport Business Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 for 2025!
As Senior Project Manager for Enterprise Resilience on Mead & Hunt’s Technology & Security team, Stephanie has over 17 years of experience in emergency management, business continuity, and airport operations. She recently led a National Safe Skies Alliance research initiative exploring AI applications in airport security and provides enterprise resilience consulting for airports throughout the country. Her expertise centers on developing enterprise-wide preparedness programs and leading cross-functional crisis response initiatives.
Stephanie is passionate about strengthening operational resilience across the aviation industry, taking an active role in organizations like the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and Airports Council International (ACI). She puts that passion into practice as co-chair of AAAE’s National Emergency Management Working Group and as a member of ACI’s Global Committee for Business Continuity, helping shape industry-wide standards and best practices.
Stephanie’s drive to elevate the profession goes beyond project work. She serves on the leadership education board at Tarleton State University and regularly attends industry events to share insights on cyber incident response and integrated operations at AAAE conferences and FBI/DSAC forums. Drawing on her experience building enterprise resilience programs at Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport, she authored “Enhancing Resiliency: Insights into DFW’s Emergency Management Mission Capability” for AAAE’s Airport Magazine, contributing thought leadership that benefits airports nationwide and the communities they serve.
