Richard Plymale, PE, SE

Richard (Rick) Plymale has decades of bridge and roadway design, site development, surveying and construction inspection experience, ten years of which was acquired while employed by the West Virginia Department of Transportation. He oversees our transportation and telecommunications practices. Rick is a problem-solver and a planner. He stays in front of challenges by taking care of important things first—but before taking action, Rick thinks about the impact on others and the future. He enjoys getting things done for clients with as few surprises as possible.

Outside of work, Rick enjoys playing the occasional round of golf, traveling, and spending time with his family.
