Pat Carnahan, PE

As group leader for Mead & Hunt’s One Water group, Pat is passionate about providing water and wastewater environmental solutions to clients across the nation using a wide breadth of services.

Pat brings close to four decades of water/wastewater experience spanning both municipal and industrial projects that include evaluations, studies, final design, construction and startup/commissioning. Pat has extensive experience in multiple project delivery methods, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and progressive design build. His leadership in potable water supply and treatment and wastewater collection, treatment, biosolids handling and drying and disinfection has helped clients achieve project success using sustainable and economical methods.
