Will is a Senior Transportation Planner with over 10 years of experience in both government and private sector as well as nearly 17 years of military experience. He excels in a wide variety of multimodal and safety projects and has an intuitive grasp of the needs of military clients, surrounding communities, and their unique needs.

Trisha Nigl designs food & beverage process solutions for large-scale manufacturers. Her experience includes process piping and mechanical plan layouts, conceptual design alternatives, and CIP design.

Jared Freye is a mechanical engineer with more than five years of experience handling design, constructability, cost improvement, and risk mitigation aspects of projects. He is a champion for safety in food plants. Outside of work, Jared enjoys drumming and 3D printing.

Dan is a mechanical engineer with more than 10 years of experience. He designs industrial process and utility systems including boiler systems for a variety of material processing applications. When not at work, he enjoys hosting family and friends, property improvement, and antique/classic restoration. 

Lisa Harmon is a Senior Aviation and Environmental Project Manager with 24 years of experience. Current areas of focus include Advanced Air Mobility, Wildlife Hazard Management, and Land Use Policy. Outside of work, Lisa is an active community volunteer and musician.

Tim Hake is a Market Lead for the Parts and Equipment Department with more than 20 years of experience with distribution and sales for parts and related services. He excels at creating and maintaining partnerships with manufacturing companies. Outside of work, Tim is a movie buff and enjoys flying drones and 80s rock music.
