Meghan Stiklestad believes that great communication is critical to developing lasting relationships, which are key to a firm’s success. Bringing extensive experience to her role as Marketing Director, she understands that successful marketing endeavors require creativity, innovation, and strategy, as well as a solid team capable of bringing ideas from conception to reality. Meghan strongly believes that keeping an open mind is essential to find new ways to market and that creativity and innovation can’t occur without having a little fun in the process.
Outside of work, Meghan enjoys hiking and biking. She also enjoys playing with her two young boys; superheroes have quickly become a staple in her household.
