Kari Rahn

Human Resources Director Kari Rahn has been with Mead & Hunt for nearly three decades, providing valuable long-term perspective and practical insight to the company’s people strategies. She leads human resources efforts spanning employee relations and retention, performance management, workforce planning, benefits, compensation, and compliance. She also works closely with senior leadership to support employees while fostering a workplace grounded in trust, respect, and fairness. Her role blends thoughtful planning with interpersonal connections to help employees thrive. She plays an active role in strengthening a team culture focused on continuous improvement and shared success. In everything she does, she takes our firm’s value of “putting people first” to heart.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Kari in a gym, on a field in her other role as a sports mom, or at the bowling alley. When she isn’t cheering on a team, she enjoys time with family and friends or reading a good book.
