Justin is passionate about leading our One Water group in delivering water, wastewater, and environmental solutions to clients nationwide, offering a breadth of services that help sustain this natural resource.

With decades of experience in water and wastewater management, Justin oversees projects through every phase, including evaluations, studies, planning, designs, construction, and startup/commissioning. He brings an extensive background with various project delivery methods, including progressive design-build. His leadership and flexibility in collaborative project delivery provide consistent value for our clients.

Justin’s leadership philosophy emphasizes supporting his team members to improve their skills, and he encourages their passion for developing creative and sustainable water solutions. He believes curious and passionate teams challenge themselves to discover new approaches to clients’ needs and are committed to delivering holistic solutions.

Beyond his dedication to the One Water team, Justin enjoys exploring the waters of Florida through fishing, SCUBA diving, and spending quality time with his family on the islands off Tampa Bay.
