Jamie Bumgarner has built his career in transportation consulting, with a focus on roadway design, bridge hydraulics, and project management. As Group Leader, he’s passionate about mentoring others, building a strong team culture, and leading with empathy and purpose. He’s committed to helping the group stay ahead of the curve—embracing change to better serve clients and deliver meaningful, forward-thinking projects. For Jamie, it’s all about taking care of people, whether that’s teammates, clients, or the communities they serve.
Outside of work, he’s a proud girl dad and always up for a jog or a round of golf. Most Saturdays you’ll find him volunteering at Charleston parkrun, West Virginia, a free weekly 5k community event.
