Dave Schlidt is Mead & Hunt’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Maintaining the financial health of the firm is a key part of taking care of people and doing the right thing for clients and employees. With decades of experience overseeing the financial health of organizations, Dave provides financial leadership to inform operational decision making and keep our company moving forward.

As head of our finance and accounting team, Dave oversees financial planning, reporting, and analysis. He works closely with the board of directors on all financial matters including mergers and acquisitions. By optimizing financial performance, Dave helps our project teams deliver innovative projects across the nation in a cost-effective manner.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys being outdoors, golfing, hunting and all things water, including SCUBA diving, water skiing, paddle boarding and surfing. He also enjoys supporting local STEM activities, having been a long-time mentor on a local middle school and high school robotics team.
