Chad’s leadership extends over 25 years, where he has honed his expertise in cultural resources management and promoting creativity, innovation and continuous improvement.
Embracing his role as the Curator of Innovation, he spearheads the Foresight + Innovation + Technology (FIT) corporate program, cultivating a culture that prioritizes creativity and continuous improvement. In this role, he promotes collaboration in the development of innovative ways to address the transformative forces that are shaping the AEC industry, our communities, and the environment.
As the National Market Leader for Cultural Resources, he works to expand our cultural resources services, exploring new geographies and forging client relationships. By staying attuned to emerging trends, legislation, and new technologies, he’s helped to position the cultural resources group at the forefront of the industry with a team dedicated to exceptional service and a people-first approach.
