Renewable Energy: Options Until ‘Mr. Fusion’ Is a Reality

Tom Bachman, Vice President & EPC-Renewable Energy Group Leader, will be a panelist in the “Renewable Energy: Options Until ‘Mr. Fusion’ Is a Reality” session on Monday, November 6 from 11 a.m. to noon. This session is part of a series of presentations focusing on how airports can apply sustainable and renewable energy technologies to their operations. Tom will focus on potential sustainable technologies for airports including Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) systems, condensing boilers, electrolysis and hydrogen production, solar power, source-separated organics (SSO), and anaerobic digesters.
Co-panelists include Brett Oakleaf, Strategic Partnership Manager of National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), Scott Canada, Executive Vice President and Business Unit Leader of Renewable Energy at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., Chris Evanich, Program Director of Schneider Electric, and Dr. Lynn Creelman, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ClearSkies-US LLC.
