Mary McAdams

Mary McAdams, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is Mead & Hunt’s Talent Acquisition Director, leading the firm’s recruiting and talent strategy with a focus on people, purpose, and long-term growth. She oversees full-cycle recruiting, internal talent assessment, and helps guide change management at the company. With more than two decades of experience in human resources and an MBA, she combines a strong strategic mindset with a collaborative leadership style that supports organizational goals and employee growth. She works closely with colleagues across disciplines to help build strong, diverse, future-ready teams. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys staying active, spending time with her family, and keeping up with her two young children.
