With a strong background in ammonia refrigeration design and project management, Brad brings technical excellence and a solutions-oriented mindset. His leadership is grounded in collaboration, integrity, and long-term partnerships. Brad understands the unique challenges of food and beverage clients and works proactively to deliver projects efficiently and safely.
Outside of work, Brad is a proud father of three and an avid outdoorsman. Whether hunting, fishing, or camping, he finds inspiration and balance in nature – values that reflect his approach to leadership and life.
