Anne Black partners with Mead & Hunt’s CEO and COO to drive executive priorities, align leadership, and maintain operational clarity. With decades of administrative experience and a background in business analysis and risk management, she works alongside the COO focusing on executive operations, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving while preserving the firm’s culture of empowerment and growth.

Anne also leads the Business Operations & Administration team, overseeing enterprise risk, business continuity, insurance, sustainable procurement and our corporate real estate portfolio.

Anne believes that caring for others is a fundamental strength of an effective leader. Outside of work, she finds balance outdoors, soaking up a good book, organizing anything, and building meaningful connections with family and friends.
