Fargo Streets & Utilities Survey

With the increasing housing demand in the region, Fargo needed construction layout and quantity surveys for two new developments located on its south end. The Prairie Farms Addition and the Crofton Coves Addition were newly platted subdivisions that required construction of the utilities, streets, sidewalks, bike paths, street lighting and ponds. Our surveyors staked for the construction of these items and worked closely with the city staff and the contractors to see that surveys were completed quickly and accurately. Our efforts kept the survey budget well below the engineer’s estimates.
