Gresham Street & Utility Replacement

The Village of Gresham seized the opportunity to replace its infrastructure when the county opted to resurface County Highway G, also known as Main Street. We helped the village acquire a rural development grant and low interest loan to replace the existing sanitary sewer, water main and revitalize Main Street.

Mead & Hunt completed design for the roadway and related amenities, provided construction oversight and administered the grant. As part of street improvements, the sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer utilities were replaced. The existing rural roadway was changed to an urbanized roadway with new curb and sidewalks. The streetscape gained a fresh new look with a decorative clock, new street lighting, planters and benches.
