I am excited to announce that Chris Wilson, CSPM, has joined Mead & Hunt as a Security Technology Market Leader. In this new role, Chris will further expand the technology offering from Mead & Hunt to broaden the range of services into a dedicated business line that we can provide to our clients. This will allow for the firm’s full involvement in projects, from the earliest stages of planning and infrastructure development to programming, commissioning, and implementation.
Nearly all markets have increasingly adopted technology in physical security to solve more than just the traditional security needs of years past. High-security facilities have been leveraging these solutions for years. Recently, other sectors, including aviation, have also been adopting new technology to gain more intelligence about their facility from physical security devices, including video surveillance cameras and video analytics. Critical infrastructure locations can use access control technology as a force multiplier, so their resources operate more efficiently and effectively and help the right people access their multitude of sites.
Chris will apply his 23 years of experience and knowledge of complex electronics and software solutions to partner with current and future clients in designing systems that focus on the business at hand and not the systems that make it run.
