Wendy Culver, an HR veteran, leads our Human Resources team as we endeavor to do what’s best for our employees and the company. Wendy oversees multiple programs that foster an exceptional company culture through frequent opportunities to work together and give back to the community. In addition, she and her team support employee growth through a robust professional learning and development program called MHU. Flexible schedules, telecommuting when appropriate, and dedicated recruitment efforts have led to a more diverse workforce, inclusive atmosphere, and greater job satisfaction year after year.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her nieces and two cairn terriers.
