Merging company culture and growth: Making Zweig Group’s top lists
June 5, 2019
Mead & Hunt was recently named one of the winners of Zweig Group’s 2019 Best Firms to Work For Awards, which honors outstanding workplaces at AEC firms! We were named #6 in the 200+ employees category. For this award, firms are evaluated through employee surveys on culture, workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, professional development, and more. Firms that win this award have employees who feel valued and can clearly see how their work fits into the greater company mission.
Our relationships with each other, our clients, and our communities are vital to our success. From fostering and encouraging community involvement through Mead & Hunt Cares programs, to offering robust professional development opportunities for employees at all levels, to going above and beyond to provide quality solutions to our clients, our focus is always on people. We know that people are what really make this a great company. Our strong client relationships, cultivated over many years, will continue to sustain us as we move forward.
This testament to the success of our company culture is especially exciting considering our expansive growth in recent years. We were also named #25 on Zweig’s Hot Firms list for 2019. For this award, AEC firms are ranked by a score comprised of both dollar and percentage revenue growth rate over a three-year period. Our success ultimately depends on the strength of our culture.
We are committed to maintaining our company culture as we move forward, growing where and when it makes sense. We know that the relationships we foster with our employees, our communities and our clients are what really set us apart. Our people-focused mindset will continue to allow us so to provide tailored, workable solutions to our clients and our communities.
