In this unprecedented time of uncertainty, it becomes even more important to rely on our values: taking care of people, doing the right thing, and doing what makes sense. The COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation is constantly changing, and we are committed to keeping you updated on our response. We will get through this time together.
Dedication to our clients
We want you to know we remain dedicated to providing you with the services you depend on while preserving the health and safety of our employees and communities. Client meetings and project reviews are being held by video conference; if they must occur in person, we will bring the fewest number of essential staff. We have also suspended non-essential travel. These measures are necessary to reduce the potential spread of the virus and ultimately maintain the health of clients and employees alike.
Dedication to our employees
Today’s digital environment allows for much flexibility—something our company has always embraced. Thankfully, we were well-prepared. Prior to this pandemic we already had the infrastructure in place for employees to remain connected, responsive, and productive. All our nearly 900 employees are able to work remotely with little to no impact to project delivery. At this time, 90 percent of our employees are working remotely; all have been encouraged to work from home.
We are taking the health of our employees very seriously. If one of our employees has symptoms of the flu/COVID-19, we have asked them to notify us immediately so we can offer guidance and help. Then we follow the CDC guidelines. Note that if an employee tests positive for COVID-19, we will inform those known to have been exposed.

We are committed to providing continuity of services while we do our part to help keep our communities safe. Our strategy as a whole is dedicated to reducing overall exposure as much as possible to keep all of us—employees, clients, and the communities we serve—healthy and safe.
