How Do You Measure Success: A Look at Performance Measures – Part I & II
Monday, September 13 from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
Mead & Hunt Aviation Planning Manager, Stephanie Ward, AICP will be leading a two-part presentation discussing state performance measures and how they can be tailored to best fit an agency’s mission, vision, and values.
These sessions will focus on the recently published Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) Report 223: Performance Measures for State Aviation Agencies. This project was requested by NASAO Membership, and Mead & Hunt was selected to develop the resulting Guidebook. Stephanie served as Principal Investigator for the project and is excited to share some of the key takeaways from the research and provide some insight into how an agency can select performance measures that are specific to their needs. Stephanie will be joined by representatives from the five case study states featured in the document including Colorado, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina and Texas. These representatives will discuss each state’s experience with performance measures.
